Frequently Asked Questions

  • If you have missed picking up your photo, we are able to ship those photos out to you! There is a $5 shipping charge which can be sent to our Venmo (@photomule). Send us a text at (512) 233-6883, with a screenshot of your payment and we will collect your information there.

  • You can order your photos on our website! They will be listed under the name of the tournament you attended. (shop.photomules.com).

  • You will receive full access to your action photos within 24 hours after the tournament. You are able to see a preview of your photos within 2 hours of the game that was photographed.

  • We ship our orders out every Thursday! Depending on the day you have ordered, orders typically take about a week to arrive at your location.
