
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Return for prints/physical products:
Prints or physical products purchased from PhotoMules LLC. may be eligible, under the conditions below, for a full refund for up to 7 days following the purchase date (or, for shipped orders, the posted delivery date via the tracking number associated with the order) of the item(s). Prints or physical products purchased from PhotoMules LLC. may be eligible, under the conditions below, for a partial refund for an additional 7 days (14 days following the purchase date of the item(s). Or, for shipped orders, the posted delivery date via the tracking number associated with the order) Refunded products must meet the following conditions at the sole discretion of PhotoMules LLC.
The item(s) are returned to PhotoMules LLC. complete, as ordered.
The item(s) are returned free from intentional physical damage or abuse.
The Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.
PhotoMules LLC. will not issue a refund until the item(s) have been received by PhotoMules LLC. and meets the above conditions at the sole discretion of PhotoMules LLC. Prints or physical products purchased from PhotoMules LLC. will be considered Non-Refundable after the 14 day period detailed above at the sole discretion of PhotoMules LLC. PhotoMules LLC. reserves the right to refuse refund eligibility for any product, any order, at any time.
Exchange for prints/physical products:
Prints of physical products purchased from PhotoMules LLC. may be eligible, under the following terms, for exchange with item(s) of equal or lesser value for up to 14 days following the purchase date (or, for shipped orders, the posted delivery date via the tracking number associated with the order) of the item(s). Exchanged products must meet the following conditions at the sole discretion of PhotoMules LLC.
The item(s) are returned to PhotoMules LLC. complete, as ordered.
The item(s) are returned free from intentional physical damage or abuse.
The Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees and exchanged product shipping fees.
The exchanged item(s) will not be shipped until the original products have been received by PhotoMules LLC.
Please allow 10-15 business days for exchanged products to be shipped.
PhotoMules LLC. will not provide a partial refund for exchanges with items of lesser value until the above conditions have been met in full at the sole discretion of PhotoMules LLC. Prints or physical products purchased from PhotoMules LLC. will be considered Non-Exchangeable after the 14 day period detailed above at the sole discretion of PhotoMules LLC. PhotoMules LLC. reserves the right to refuse exchange eligibility for any product, any order, at any time.
Return/Exchange for Digital Products:
Due to the nature of digital products being unable to be returned once sent, PhotoMules LLC. offers all digital products as non-refundable purchases. In the unlikely event that PhotoMules LLC. does not fulfill the correct digital products according to the customer’s request, PhotoMules LLC. must be notified via support@photomules.com within 7 days of the purchase date to remedy any incorrect orders. After the 7 day period, all digital products, whether correct to the customer’s request or not, will be considered non-refundable at the sole discretion of PhotoMules LLC.
Damage Exception:
In the unlikely event your order is damaged in transit, a full replacement may be offered at the sole discretion of PhotoMules LLC. The Customer must notify PhotoMules LLC. of the damage via support@photomules.com with photographic proof of the condition of the shipping container used and the products therein within 5 days of the posted delivery date via the tracking number associated with the order for replacement eligibility. PhotoMules LLC. reserves the right to refuse replacement for any products ordered at any time at their sole discretion.
